Opportunity to invest in local environmental project

Recommended Posts

SE24 are a local community energy group that develops renewable and energy efficiency projects in schools and other community buildings in Southwark. We have installed solar PV projects on a number of local buildings including St. Christopher's Hospice, Walworth Methodist Church, Herne Hill Methodist Church Hall and Dulwich College. We will shortly be launching our third share offer for investment in solar and LED lighting projects at two schools in the borough: Charter North Dulwich and Charles Dickens Primary School in Borough. Details of the share offer can be found on attached link.

It's basically raising money to fund the installation of the solar panels and energy efficient lighting but investors get a 3% ROI. It's an excellent opportunity for people to take tangible, localised action on climate change as well as offering the participating schools financial savings on their energy bills. In addition, any surplus profits after investor repayments and intertest are directed towards our community benefit fund which supports local fuel poverty projects. Do contact us to find out more.
