Opportunity to invest in local environmental project

Recommended Posts

SE24 are a local community energy group that develops renewable and energy efficiency projects in schools and other community buildings in Southwark. We have installed solar PV projects on a number of local buildings including St. Christopher's Hospice, Walworth Methodist Church and Dulwich College. We're shortly launching our third share offer for investment in solar and LED lighting projects at two schools in the borough: Charter North Dulwich and Charles Dickens school. Details of the share offer can be found on attached link.

It's basically raising money to fund the installation of the solar panels and lighting but you get a 3% ROI. It's an opportunity to invest in some great local projects that offer a financial and carbon saving for local schools. In addition, any surplus profits after investor repayments and interest are directed towards our community benefit fund which supports local fuel poverty projects.

    • Hi Busterb, Yesterday I turned up with a scanner & towels, hoping to take a deceased tabby down to TNV. The body was moved moments before arrival & had not been turned in to any vets, rescues or animal hospitals. I am wondering if this could have been the same cat & if someone just tried to move the tabby further away from the road. Please be warned, viewers discretion is advised. but this is what the deceased tabby looked like: https://www.facebook.com/groups/900015513463302/permalink/3729980853800073/  In any case, if you haven't been able to get someone to scan or take down to a vet, I can scan tomorrow morning.
    • Wholeheartedly recommend Aria. He was polite, responsive and sorted our leak, from an old tap on an old plumbing system, with no bother and on same day.
