fortunephoenix
Hi! We have a solid metal double bed frame we had arranged to donate to a charity. However, when they came to collect it they said it is too specialist (it is a quality, heavy iron and brass bed) for them. I carried it down three flights of stairs by myself and now can't get it up again. Does anybody want it or can anybody suggest how I can have it ethically removed? It is fully functioning and sturdy, we just don't have space for it in our two bed flat! Thanks! IlonaM
TRy popping it in the For sale section with a lovely photo - you never know who may love an antique bed. Otherwise, or additionally, would an auction house like to put it in one of their sales? There must be some locally-ish who would collect & sell it.
