Bathroom design and fitting

Can anyone recommend a company or person who could give design advice on moving baths/showers/loos around - possibly knocking walls down - and then doing the work? Thanks.

Marcin did two bathrooms for us - he uses Computer Aided Design to give 3D models of what you're going to get. We had showers moved to baths and vice versa plus walls added in and taken out. Very pleased with the work http://www.marcinbathrooms.com/
