Good condition. You can adjust the height of the mattress when it's in "cot mode", which makes it easier to lift small ones in and out. When they grow out of a cot, it can be converted into a toddler bed.

Complete with good quality John Lewis pocket spring mattress with washable, waterproof cover.

Currently dismantled for ease of transport.
