Paul - cleaner ? beware, NOT recommended!!!!!!!!

I got Paul?s details from EDF, where he was recommended as a cleaner and end of Tennancy cleaner.

I confirmed with him weeks before the move date, with numerous messages exchanged to confirm date and requirements.

The day before the move I confirmed with him, and he replied back confirming that he would be there.

On the morning of the move when he didn?t arrive, I sent text messages and several calls, which all went directly to voicemail, without response.

I don?t want to post his number on here, but if anyone would like to check with me privately, then contact me via the forum. I definitely would NOT recommend him for anything!!!

If there was some emergency I?d still have expected some sort of explanation at some stage ?. Really unfair to leave someone stuck the morning of the move, despite confirmation the day before. Either way, unprofessional, and still wouldn?t recommend

As mentioned by Sue, there could have been an emergency. Slightly excessive to create a post not recommending someone using 8 exclamation marks without knowing the ins and outs. Of course you?re frustrated but there?s better ways of doing things.
