TV dish install/repair?

Hello,

I just bought a Freesat box to use with a satellite dish mounted outside my window (rented ground floor flat): no signal!

I doubt it's the box so I'm assuming the dish/cabling needs attention, or replacing.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an individual or firm who could take a look? Crucially, this is a rental house so I'm not keen to spend a huge amount!
