Live in Full Time Nanny in East Dulwich

Recommended Posts

Hello,

We are looking for a New Live in Nanny in East Dulwich.

We are a family of 4 (+1 friendly dog) who live in a 6 bed home in Dulwich in South East London.

I am a doctor at one of the local hospitals and my husband works in the energy sector. Away from our jobs we love cooking, walking the dog, art trips - and like everyone else, spend hours at the beautiful local parks in Dulwich.

We have a great garden for the kids with a swing, trampoline, climbing wall and tree house to keep them entertained for hours.

We have a 3 year old (Isobel) who is confident and chatty and a 1 year old (Arthur) who makes a lot of noise and has just started crawling. They are both quite easy going and (mostly) sleep well.

Our nanny will have exclusive access to a large double bedroom with views across London and shared use of the a family bathroom (which mostly the children only use).

The ideal candidate will be easy to live with and ready to fit into a fast paced but rewarding role. We really want someone to feel more like a member of family than member of staff.

My husband and I both have very time consuming jobs and have incredibly variable hours (including foreign trips, nights and weekends).

Our oldest, Isobel (3), is at a fantastic local nursery (The Villa) and will likely stay on there for her school. Arthur (1) will be joining her there in 18months time.

We need wrap-around care for Isobel and full time care for Arthur.

We are looking for a full time (60hours a week), Live in Nanny. Working Monday-Friday 7am-7pm with on average 1 nights babysitting per week and 1 weekend day per month (with time off in lieu).

The role is focused on childcare (we have cleaners), we want our children to be happy, eat well and be entertained. We believe in maintaining the same rules as our nanny and want our kids to grow up conscientious and respectful of others.

Please contact me if you are interested,

With many thanks,

Jess

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.
    • Sometimes a shed or other installation has to have written approval from the freeholder i.e. Southwark, Southwark has (or did have) a Leaseholder Association.   Could also come under Anti Social Behaviour Unit.
    • Love Dulwich is great but has a large step in front. We have only been weekdays at Lunch time. Maria's next to Picture House is disabled friendly. Also can reserve table in advance. We did a Sunday lunch catch up with family - there were 8 of us.
    • Hi, Thinking about  going with some friends and was just wondering if folk might like to report back please. Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
