Pilates Reformer Bed 1:1 Sessions

Recommended Posts

?Pilates is complete coordination of body, mind and spirit" Joseph Pilates

Hi, I'm Michelle, I am a local mum, with two children in primary school and a Certified Polestar Pilates Reformer Practitioner, teaching private 1:1 sessions from my home in SE23.

The reformer bed is a wonderful piece of Pilates apparatus, which can be used by elite athletes, to people who are new to any type of Pilates. Unlike mat classes, which use just body weight and gravity to challenge movement, the reformer has weighted springs which can be used to resist or assist movement. This makes it an amazing tool for strengthening, lengthening and mobilising the body in a safe and very efficient way.

The first class will be approx 1.5 hours, which will include a body analysis to enable my to create tailor-made classes for you. From then on each class will be 1 hour long.

Please private message me if you're interested and for prices/price plan.

I had a great 90 minutes with Michelle today, very good at explaining the movements and open to me when I was reluctant because of previous injury etc.

I've come away feeling energised and stretched!

Recommended, Michelle is such an enthusiastic ambassador for the reformer bed.

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
