Window frame painter needed

I need a painter for the outdoor frames of my upstairs Sash windows please.

I live in a victorian house. I think it can be done from the outside.

German has painted most of the windows on our street it seams, I know at least three neighbours who have used him.

He also did a great job restoring some old sash windows for us, as well as doing interior painting and wallpapering.
