PILATES - Private Pilates classes

Recommended Posts

Hi East Dulwich Forum users,

My name is Claire Eade and I am a Pilates instructor. I have been teaching weekly since March and then qualified beginning of June as Level 3 Matwork Pilates instructor.

I teach one on one classes, weekly zoom classes and soon to start classes in East Dulwich.

I am also an Accident & Emergency nurse, with my nursing knowledge and pilates training I am helping clients get back into their body, have a better body awareness, help improve posture and increase flexibility within your joints.

Pilates leaves you feeling awesome, it is a good form of exercise to use different types of muscles you are not use to using and is a good balancing exercise for those down days, if you exercise regularly

If you are new to pilates or previously practised and would like to start one on one classes, please give me a shout.

We can train in the park, your garden or even in happy to come to your house if easier for you.

One on one class is ?35 for an hour. Happy teach a group of friends and flexible with times

Call me on 07814208669 or you can follow me on instagram @pilateades

Look forward to hearing from you

    • I wouldn't be going all the way to Dobbies  just to take flowerpots! 😀 It's a very good garden centre with a wide range of well kept  plants and helpful staff, at least it was on the only occasion I've visited it, last year!
    • Why do Councils need more funding? What are they spending our money on, how efficiently are they running? are they performing an adequate service as is? Are they viewing the public with contempt, that we will continually foot larger bills to cover all and any costs? Do our counsellors do their best, for us? why are they adding this on to the residents, on top of tax already paid? Council tax is not insubstantial. The service provided is not great. I do not believe they use our money effectively.  Our CT Bill is £50 a week.

    • It is looking like we will.get an increase of 4.99% by Southwark plus the additional increase of £20.13 by the GLA  https://opencouncil.network/meetings/96736 Whilst there are compelling reasons that councils need more funding, it still is a painful increase whilst we are still in the cost of living crisis, unemployment is rising and other factors.
