An interesting and varied job for an experienced Property Manager

Looking after a small growing portfolio of 25 mostly single let properties to professionals

in and around East Dulwich, Brixton, Camberwell, Streatham, Greenwich and Bermondsey London

You will be responsible for

? Lettings - all aspects

? Repairs & Maintenance using our approved contractors

? Compliance ? all aspects including deposit protection, safety inspections etc

This role would suit an experienced and methodical property professional who loves admin,

and helping solve tenants? problems. You must be highly IT literate and numerate

Flexible and remote working considered if you like working from home
