As a business coach, I see the real benefits of creating a real vision for your business - this is different from a business plan. It is where you want your business to be.


I am running six group coaching sessions at the Goose Green Clinic in East Dulwich, starting on 11th March. The sessions will be thought provoking, stimulating and fun. They will help you develop a vision, and then help you to set some goals to work towards. Having a successful business is in your control.


Not only do the coaching sessions work out as excellent value for money - a mere ?18 per hour, they will ensure you are in a supportive environment, working alongside others. I believe coaching is very effective and should be accessible and affordable.


As a qualified, advanced coach, I will also provide support to you between sessions. For the six sessions, the total price is ?220.

      I wonder whether his political epiphany and renaissance will stretch to him using his real name - James Ashworth-McLintock - rather than the more proletarian 'McAsh'. To my mind, the only people who should have self-bestowed mononyms are very talented Brazilian footballers - Pele, Kaka, Ronaldinho - very talented female pop icons - Madonna, Shakira, Sonia - or Russian revolutionaries - Lenin, Stalin, Trotsky. Sonia's greatest hits compilation, 'Greatest Hits', is out now on vinyl & CD through PWL Recordings.

      Probably more helpful to ask simply whether McCash was affiliated with the Greens before becoming a Labour councillor. Trying to explain your thought process and unravel your fevered imagination (particularly when it comes to local politica) is the kind of thing that might require several years of psychoanalysis.
