This is a gorgeous vintage piece, full of character. I believe it's late 1950s and has that classic timeless mid century design. I have refinished the surface so there are no chips or rings but there is an age related patina as visible in the photos. The work surface is oiled rather than varnished which gives it a mre contemporary edge.

It's quite a low desk but suits me perfectly at 5ft4- my wrists are finally level with my keyboard! Would not be a good desk for someone taller but would work as a dressing table.

Dimensions:

H: 26 inches

D: 17 inches

L: 35 inches

Chair not included.

Let me know if you'd like to view. Am only getting rid because of space issues! Collection from Herne Hill.

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
