Is this your car. ?

There is a RED Volkswagen Fox Left outside my house.

One side of the car looks brand new but the other side is wrecked.

Paint faded and the rear end sprayed ?? with Paint.

Front Hub Cap missing.

The car seems to be Taxed and MOT'd. but has a History of failed MOT's due to Suspension Faults.

The Police say it has not been reported as Stolen.

There is a Parking Permit for Exeter Devon that expired 2016

There is a NO PARKING letter on the dashboard from Conways asking the owner to relocate the car

as work taking place daily from 26/07/21

Possibly the owner moved the car or Conways moved the car and the owner does not know where it is located.

I need it moved as I have a skip coming in the next few days..

Please PM me if this is your car.

DulwichFox

I have spoken to Conways but they say they did not move the car.

The work being carried out by Conways is on Whateley Rd. so it is possible

the owner lives on Whateley.

Red Volkswagen Fox AO09 FAU anyone know the owner or the car.

Desparate to find speak to the owner.

Work started Monday 26/7/21 is for 5 Weeks.

DulwichFox

Owner turned up last night 21:00 as he had found a parking space nearer to home.

Very pleasant chap. Very happy to see car gone though.

My skip coming tomorrow. I had upgraded from 4 yard to 6 yard so was worried about the space.

    • Who was Diana Rayworth, when 'resting from acting'. Her successful career was very sadly cut short following a devastating accident.
    • thanks Jenijenjen and all - yes, i remember walking or taking the bus from the elephant (where i was working) to Camberwell to get there.  I think Tim - who's still at Franklin's -  was there in those days, and the woman who ran the cafe!  Other food places that i remember fondly are the ones in Neal's Yard (with the Hunkin sculpture that you could put a coin in ) and the basement lunch place at the Tottenham Court Road junction with Hanway Street...
    • Did you try the emergency number posted above? It mentions lift breakdowns over the festive period outside the advertised  times. Hope you got it sorted x
    • People working in shops should not be "attempting to do the bill in their head." Nor if questioned should they be  trying to "get to an agreeable number." They should be actually (not trying to) getting to the correct number. I'm afraid in many cases it is clearly more than incorrect arithmetic. One New Year's Eve in a restaurant (not in East Dulwich but quite near it) two of us were charged for thirty poppadoms. We were quite merry when the bill came, but not so merry as to not notice something amiss. Unfortunately we have had similar things happen in a well established East Dulwich restaurant we no longer use. There is also a shop in East Dulwich which is open late at night. It used not to display prices on its goods (that may have changed). On querying the bill, we several times found a mistake had been made. Once we were charged twice for the same goods. There is a limit to how many times you can accept a "mistake".  There is also a limit to how many times you can accept the "friendly" sweet talking after it.
