Local charity Link Age Southwark is running their summer appeal, Bloomin' Lovely, for the next 3 weeks with a target of ?6,000. Using the funds from this project, the charity will send a houseplant, a bunch of flowers or a garden plant to as many of their service users as possible across the borough!


Imagine how a bunch of flowers could make an older person feel appreciated, or a plant for their garden could show them they are valued.

      They are being taxed into oblivion.    a lot of them, previously fully subscribed (we'll call you, don't call us) are no advertising desperately for new pupils, even paying for those bulk junk mail drops.

      This thread should be updated with a new title. "Is Keith Starmer Toast?"    I would say yes. This is as bad as when Boris Johnson ignored Chris Pincher's behaviour. And Starmer piled in very heavily on Johnson for that. If he doesn't resign himself now he is an enormous hypocrite and this will be very damaging  indeed.

      Yep Peter Mandelson is officially toast.  But what now MUST happen is that the title of Lord and all the privileges which go with that should be removed immediately. It's a long way up the pole but it's an even longer way back down as Mandelson is finding out.
