Glazer to fit anti-heat glass?

Hi all, given our Summers are only going to get hotter and this one has been hot enough already, I?m thinking about putting thermal-protection glass in our West-facing sliding doors and our loft veluxes. Apparently you can just replace the glass not the whole unit. Has anyone done this? Would a glazer know what/how to do this? Advice would be appreciated, as well as recommendations. Thanks so much.

  I had a similar experience a few years ago when a relative said she had seen a letter that I had sent to a solicitor come up on her iPad. I don't have any apple devices so it can't have been that our devices were synched. I tried to find the document on her iPad shortly after and couldn't find it again. It was very odd and we never got to the bottom of it so if anyone can explain it, I'd be really interested too.
