Free bamboo plant for collection

established bamboo shrub ready to plant. It has been dug up and now looking to get rid of it but thought I was a shame not to give it to someone who might want to plant. The base (roots/soil) is about 1.5 foot by 1 ft and quite heavy but really healthy plant.
