The Cambria Community pub - Loughborough Junction

Hello,

I am writing on behalf of a new community group in SE5 called the Cambria Society. We consist of a small group of people that see the benefit of a local community-led pub. We are in our early stages and looking to build connections with other local groups.

The Cambria Society is looking into the possibility of turning a closed pub in Loughborough Junction, The Cambria, into a community-run pub. Currently, our aim is to raise sufficient funds within the community to lease the Cambria through grant funding, loans, and donations.

A questionnaire is the first step.. we need to see if there is actual support for a community pub in the area. It would be great if you could share our questionnaire so that we get the best possible idea of what the local community would want from a community pub.
