Looking for a welding workshop to rent / Share in South East london

Hi all, Im currently looking for a welding industrial space in south east london if anyone knows of anywhere? Im a MIG welder and would need a space that already has a work bench in the space. I don't mind sharing a space etc. Have looked everywhere online but cant find anywhere close to home (SE22). My current workshop is in Walthamstow and can take 2 hours to get there some days as i don't have a van so looking for somewhere cheaper and closer! Any suggestions welcome, Many thanks - Louis

      I had a similar experience a few years ago when a relative said she had seen a letter that I had sent to a solicitor come up on her iPad.  I don't have any apple devices so it can't have been that our devices were synched.  I tried to find the document on her iPad shortly after and couldn't find it again.  It was very odd and we never got to the bottom of it so if anyone can explain it, I'd be really interested too.
