Andy recently fixed the shower diverter on a shower that had been newly installed by our loft company but wasn't working properly and loft plumber didn't return to fix! Andy texted and called to diagnose the problem first so I could order the part before he came - has a lot of experience and did a quick and efficient job and also advised on other issues in the house.
