Flat share / 1 bed flat for lovely friend

Hi there

Just asking for a friend of mine, who's looking for a flat share in East Dulwich/Herne Hill - with, ideally, one other female, 28-38.

Incredibly thoughtful, nice and very tidy person - who, ideally, can find another female who's friendly, clean, thoughtful and strikes a balance between going out and staying in. No partying/drinking - but sharing a glass of wine and a chat would be great. Interests include keeping fit, healthy eating/living, films/documentaries and, of course, a bit of trash TV.

Really important to find someone who's thoughtful about sharing their use of shared spaces - especially with WFH - and is generally a nice person!

Budget around ?900 inc. bills.

Thanks!

    • Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.
    • Wow - will do as you say - just find it extraordinary one needs to post something so trivial as this on forum - each to their own. Been a%member for a long time and know the-forum well - bought sold, given things way, had hubs and offered advice…
    • You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc.  I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers"  means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age -  be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
