I have a number of left-overs from a building project:


Fibreglass Matt (heavy stuff - quite a lot)

Fibreglass Bandage

Fibreglass resin catalyst 300g

Joist hangers some timber-timber and some masonary ones sone doubles

Cavity Wall ties

Galvanised straps x2

Cavity insulation spacer discs

Weep hole inserts (buff colour)

RC reinforcement spacers

Pregrit (practically full 10l tub)

1 bag of multifinish plaster (bought 2 weeks ago) unused

Roll of hessian

Various part rolls of DPM 4? 6? 12? 18?

Some underground pipe fittings 4? 2x 87.5deg 3x 15deg end cap

Some 6? underground pipe -approx 2.5m

About 2m of 4? black plastic gutter

2m of black plastic 1.5? pipe

3x 4? gutter coupler and 1x stop end and outlet and running outlet

Gutter clips & end stop

Soffit vents (round plastic type

Upvc fascia with bead detail and couplings for that (4m length) upvc pins 40mm

Some reclaimed red bricks (quite rough) about 50

Bag of lime (unopened)



Screw in wall ties

    • I mean if its going on for a long time I would think just having a talk to them over coffee would help.seems like they are freehold owners if they've been living there for a long time so i would advise not reporting them to the police since you will be stuck with them for a long time to come
