Office space in ED or surrounds wanted

Hi all,

I am looking to relocate my business from New Cross to East Dulwich or nearby and am looking for about 400 sq ft of unfurnished office space in East Dulwich, Forest Hill or very nearby areas. If the terms are good, I am happy to sign a medium/long term lease agreement. We have been operating for nearly 2 years now and are growing steadily and our website is www.visalegal.com for more information on what we do.

The office doesn't need high street presence, but needs to be within walking distance of a train/overground station.

The local Estate Agents have very little commercial property on their books and I have scoured the area on foot to look for suitable premises, but to no avail.

  Typically the way 'family run businesses' operate is either to have family members continue the business, or to sell on, either as a site (in this instance) or as a going concern. Either which way this is the way the owners create a 'pension' from the business. The number of suggestions as to alternatives makes me feel that the market for small repairing garages locally may be well served, so selling on the site makes the best financial sense for the owners. It's a sign not of the times but of normal business realities.
