TOLATA law. Does anyone know this in depth?

Someone has told me they have used this to establish guilt in disrepair. The flat he bought is within a block which has to be demolished and he has the court confirming the freeholders are guilty ( in terms of negligence).

I can?t find details online other than TOLTA help with establishing ownership so am looking for guidance

Thanks Ian, it?s is related to trusts but I don?t understand where they can be used to establish liability for damage and potential lease forfeiture. I thought they were based on different laws.
