Curated. Or carefully curated.

FFS. You are a shop, not a museum.

Your customers EXPECT you to have chosen what you sell, rather than grabbing (GRRRR) some random selection of whatever it is you sell from the wholesaler, or the manufacturer, or the designer, or the  individual artists or craftspeople or whatever.

Anyway, just because you have "carefully curated" what you sell doesn't mean it will be to everybody else's taste!
