Hello!

My name is Nix and I'm a yoga and breathwork teacher local to East Dulwich.

I offer 1:1 yoga sessions for anyone looking:

- to feel more confident with their yoga practice

- get extra support with postures to make sure they're in alignment

- for recovery after injuries (in collaboration with a physio or doctor)

- work on strength and mobility

- compliment your regular exercise program with yoga

- improve your breathing & nervous system regulation

- reduce stress & anxiety

The yoga sessions can be at the park (weather permitting) or at your home and all sessions are tailored to you and your requirements, in a safe, collaborative environment.

  I was not suggesting anything else! I'm not sure how you interpret what I said as "irrelevant"? I was responding to a post saying that Corbyn was "unelectable". My point was that a large number of the electorate voted for him!

  that's exactly what happened - Brickhouse were forced to close due to rent hike and then Gail's didn't move in until covid restrictions lifted and normality resumed. Gail's would have opened much sooner as they were lined up and able to offer the landlord much higher rents. Brickhouse was a local favourite
