The Yoga Class (www.theyogaclass.co ) is a Digital Yoga and Pilates Studio with a dedicated and comprehensive Pregnancy and Post-Natal Yoga and Pilates section by specialist and supportive teachers. A great way to access a wide range of yoga and pilates at home and navigate childcare and commitments, safely and in your own space and time. Our Pre and Post-Natal Classes include Yoga flows, Pilates sessions, Restorative, Meditation and Breath-work.


Classes will safely strengthen, tone, and mobilise through the important muscle groups to support your changing body, helping to prepare you for birth and reconnecting with your body Post-Partum.


Expect to energise, nourish and connect the body and mind, help connect into baby, build pelvic stability, induce relaxation, help reduce stress and anxiety and rebuild pelvic floor and abdominal strength Post-Partum.

      Does anyone remember an incident from the late 90s/early 00s in which a young man fell to death from Dawsons Heights?

      Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.

      Noisy parties on Crystal Palace road (around number 41)

      Was anyone else disturbed last night/early hours this morning by the party going on in someone’s garden on Crystal Palace road. Can’t see what house exactly but it’s around number 43 - 41… it was happening quite frequently last year. Seems it’s starting again! Very inconsiderate.
