I am a Pilates Instructor local to East Dulwich.

I teach weekly online Pilates classes via Zoom. First class is FREE to try!

I also teach 1:1 sessions, small group classes, beginner classes and pre + postnatal Pilates online or can be arranged in person if local to East Dulwich/ Peckham.

I also have an On Demand service with nearly 100 classes available to rent (see website below to see full library).

Pilates is a great way to strengthen your body, improve posture, flexibility as well as relieve stress and tension.
