10 months middle of night pooing!!!!!

My lo has started, in the last month, waking up between 4am & 5am every morning! When we go to him we find he's done a poo, which we are sure is the reason he's woken up. He use to wake up 6/6.30am (no poo) which was much more palatable. We have no idea why or what we can do to change this. Does anyone have any suggestions???? We are very tired!

This happened with my little one- not sure there's much you can do as such, eventually my daughter just stopped. Maybe it's to do with a change in diet, increased solids etc?
