Every Friday, we welcome our neighbours, local business owners, staff, Oru members, managers and customers to come and sit together in a moment of peace in our sanctuary.

Our Wellbeing Manager Lisa guides us through some simple meditation and relaxation techniques that offer us a mind break, bringing us into the physical sensations of our breath and body.

Our vision is for one moment every week in which the whole Lordship Lane community comes together for a moment of meditation. This class is very beginner friendly.

1.30 - 2pm

  The original title said a car had hit a pedestrian. We don’t have driverless cars yet, hopefully when we do there will be fewer collisions.
