Good condition, works very well, much lighter and easier to use than our previous Phil and teds double buggy (sport). Includes rain cover.

Hi, I was wondering if the buggy is still available? We have a one month older and a two year old, if it is available does the bottom section recline to lay the baby flat? We live very close to your street so would be easy to collect.
