Bathroom refitting - recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for a reliable company / builder that can redo a poorly built bathroom? Looking to get tiles & boardings replaced, possible repairs as well due to water damage. We've asked a couple people so far but the quotes are either extortionate or have several months lead time..
