Join Kitty Pidduck and friends for garden songs. Serenade the chickens, croon to the frogs and hoot to the owls. Make your own instruments to accompany the songs. At the lower end of Wanley Road between the new and older blocks of flats, down a path by some green bike lockers and across the grass to metal gates. There is one step.   Understood; I see the thread title has been changed a few times. Do we know if a pedestrian was definitely involved? I also hope no person was injured. As for driverless cars, I think Waymo are due to launch in London this September. It may improve speeding and other results due to driver behaviour, not sure what impact these may have on congestion though.
