John Lewis said they couldn?t deliver one as I have a few steps up to the front door and also said no other big company would! They actually came with a new one which they had to take back (I had told them about the steps when ordering!) Seemed not to have a ramp. has anyone successfully bought one or had their old one taken away?! I can?t believe it is impossible with the right equipment although of course they are very heavy items.
