My girlfriend and I looking for an unfurnished two bed flat/house to rent in SE London. We are both young professionals in our early thirties - I work for a PR agency and she works for an auction house - and have lived in London for the past seven years. No pets or children, we are both non-smokers and are flexible on move in date post 2 October. Also flexible on length of contract, although ideally would like at least a year.

Thanks

James

Hello James, I have a very spacious, unfurnished maisonette first-floor flat in East Dulwich SE22 0AP. The flat had 2 large double bedrooms, a smaller room that can be used as a study/yoga room etc, dining room and separate kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob and under counter fridge. 3 piece bathroom with a separate WC. All rooms have large windows and there is plenty of light in every room. Please PM if you require further details. Please send me an email if you would like to see photos. [email protected].

Thanks

    • What ever they decide I would have thought that the skate park would not be staying but really hope I am wrong as in my minds eye, I see the skate park as potential parking spaces after all if it is going to be community, flats, retail units, cafe, etc folks are going to want to have the parking availability - Amir like the parade of shops opposite. if the skate park goes then I think it is Dulwich Estate obligation to find another suitable area… a lot of community spirit and hard work went into developing the skate park and the youngsters should be very proud of what they have done  and achieved.
    • Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!
