Carpenter needed to replace french windows threshold/cill

Hi

The wooden cill/ threshold needs cutting out and replacing for outward opening french doors/windows.

Can anyone reccommend a responsible and careful carpenter/handy man that can quote and do the work for this. No self-reccommendations, please.
