Just redecorated. Own front door - lower ground floor flat. The flat is small so will only suit a single occupant.

Rent ?1300 pcm (includes all bills - council tax, water, internet/cable tv, TV licence - but subject to reasonable use of gas/electricity). I?ve been asked what the bills cost - bills are roughly ?300 pcm so rent equates to ?1,000 pcm.

Easy walk to East Dulwich station (5 mins), Peckham Rye (15 mins away).

  Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.

  You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc. I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers" means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age - be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
