Looking for a recommendations: Roofer and gas engineer

Dear all,

On behalf of our landlady, my housemates and I are looking for recommendations for a roofer and a gas engineer. On the roof, the gutters will need to be cleaned and repaired and the roof needs to be checked for the source of a leak which appeared during a storm a few months ago.

For the gas engineer, we will need someone to reroute the gas pipes because the system seems to be losing some pressure.

Any and all recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
