Cargo bike (electric) to carry two children

I?m seeking a secondhand electric cargo bike to carry two children up and down hills for the school run and general travel. New would be good but we don?t have the budget so seeking cheaper, good quality but used. Wonder if someone has bought one but it hasn?t worked for you etc and you?re looking to find a new home for it and some cash in return?
