Wanted - Cupboard knocked out + waste removal

We have an existing cupboard built into the corner of a room which we need knocked out including the removal of any debris/waste. The cupboard is made of concrete block. Not a massive job - should only take a few hours, but might be a little loud/messy.

See picture attached. Image attached for further details.

If interested please reply with quote for the works including debris removal (to licensed/suitable waste facility).
