Quick Decorating job needed on new house (to make it livable)

We are moving into a house which needs a bit of work.

I?m due to give birth the week we move in so looking for a very quick and basic ripping off of wall paper (mostly painting over it white), lifting carpets (minor treatment of floorboards) in October.

Anyone know anyone reliable with ideally a ?team? of guys?

Also looking for an electrician who can re-wire some of the rooms!
