Any recommendations for local landscaper to do front garden?

I'm looking for a landscaper to improve the look of my front garden. I live in a small Victorian terrace. Looking for a cost effective solution to what is currently cracked concrete, a very low wall and lots of weeds.

I tried William Sutton who is not doing front gardens any more, and tried a couple of other places specialising in front gardens but they seem quite high end.

Any recommendations welcome. And an idea of costs if you have done anything similar recently would be great.
