Two claret red velour armchairs for sale. Upholstery generally in very good condition, however, the armrests are not so good and are quite worn (see photo). Also the wooden legs would benefit from revarnishing (see photos). Both chair cushions are in very good condition and the chairs are extremely comfortable to sit in. Size 28"(71cm) w x 36" (91cm) h. Selling for ?100 for both chairs. Buyer to pick up.

  We just had to have a fair bit of roofing done, along with new guttering and facia replacement (swapping out wooden for pvc) Also chimneys needed repointing & had problems with a large roof light. we didn’t know why we had damp in certain parts of the living room & turns out water was getting in via damaged chimneys. we ended up using vintage roofing and building ltd, & have to say they did a great job, scaffolding went up and work started straight away, they were pleasant & respectful of our property, & tidy. they showed us videos of the damage before starting work, & of the work after it was completed. And we have a 20 year guarantee. We live in a Victorian semi happy to PM you how much it cost us
