Hi

I m looking for some quotes for work on a Victorian property with 3 flats

- decorating indoor communal hallway and remove old carpet

- Fix indoor cabinet

- paint external door

- paint outside windows sills - ground floor only

- paint side of steps leading up to property

IMO asking for a quote with no visuals for a job like that is only gonna cause re-quotes/friction.

Tradesmen can?t accurately quote blind. Especially for a fixed price !
