Includes a dry-erase board, a chalkboard, a locking paper-roll holder, a child-safe paper cutter, 3 easy-clip grips,and two large plastic trays that can be removed.Also throwing in pack of new dry erase markers and wiper, and loads chalk, plus half a roll of paper and plenty more of used but working marker pens.Kids chair is VERY solid and well built, very few scratches.Located in East Dulwich.
