Hi,

Has anyone converted a loft where the pitch of the roof is less than 2m? So, you'd have to either raise the height of the roof (unlikely to get permission as end of terrace), lower the floor (no thanks) or extend the roof's front slope a foot or two so the pitch is higher and further back, if you know what I mean (also likely to run into planning issues).

Alternatively, has anyone managed to get permission to add a story or fundamentally change the facade of their end of terrace where it abuts a taller terrace?

Not necessarily looking to add to the abundance of shit conversions, just enquiring.

Thanks,

Chillaxed
