We are renting a 2 bed cottage in Dulwich village

It?s 2k a month. Incredible location in central Dulwich village

We will be moving out in feb/March - I wanted to put feelers out

to try and connect my landlord with a potential new tenant without having

To go through agents because he?s not that keen on agents

Please contact me to have a look around:pics more info etc

The house is cosy and in a fabulous location but it?s not been done up in a while

Landlord has many properties in the area and is helpful but

he?s an older man and he doesn?t want to be bothered much

Ideally he would have people here that hardly ever bothered him stayed here for a long time

    • It's a yellow card Now, bookings went in the 70s.  Unless you are talking about Hawaii.
    • Happy to recommend Leon. He supplied and fitted a new bathroom extractor for me. Very quick to quote, fair price, scheduled the work quickly, good communications regarding arrival time on the day, did the job efficiently, and was pleasant to deal with throughout.
    • It's been suggested that he may be on drugs because some like ecstasy makes one thirsty. Was that why he stole the bottle of water? But what is strange is that he went in via the front door and reached in towards the rear. He then tilted the rear seat backrests forward so that he could reach right into the back. He did this rather than open a rear or the rear hatch. Go figure! It's my wife's car and she says she always, I RPT,  always locks it. Incidentally, our neighbour no longer locks his car because he has had a side window smashed twice now because of thieves breaking in.
