Hi,

Looking for a tenant for 3 months as i'll be need to go abroad for work, weeks at a time.

This lovely period, purpose built, one bedroom garden apartment is situated East Dulwich and is, therefore, convenient for both Honor Oak and Peckham Rye(on your doorstop).

The reason I'm looking for a tenant is due to the fact I've got two 1year old kats, that would need caring for and i would rather have a perm couple/person in the house during this period.

I would be looking for ?1500 all bills inc sky/wifi. JAN - MARCH 2022.

Do let me know if this works for anyone and i'll be happy to have further discussions.

  Between Herne Hill and North Dulwich gives you good options for transport. You have the line into London Bridge, trains to Victoria and the Thameslink into City Thameslink. Plus it's not too far from Brixton tube.

  You do know that this post is the reason that forums exist? So that people can ask for help, advice etc. I'm not sure what "...daughter of mothers" means but if you mean friends, not everyone has friends, or is confident enough to ask other mums at the school. Oh and you it's nothing to do with your age - be kind, be helpful or if you can't, leave it to someone who can.
