Looking for survey/inspection for mould/other contamination

My partner and I live in a one-bed basement flat in Forest Hill/Sydenham. We're experiencing some health issues that we think might be down to mould or other contaminants or allergens, but cleaning away any visible mould caused by condensation doesn't seem to have resolved the issue. Can anyone recommend a surveyor or other person who can help us identify the issue? Ideally this would be an independent surveyor ? I know there are businesses out there that do the remedial work, but we really want to be sure of the cause before doing the work.

I?m no expert but mould can be a signifier of insufficient air exchange / air movement in that location.
